Fixed an overflow causing odd/incorrect values.
This generally only affected systems with over 2GB of memory and
using Bytes as the display unit.

Version 3.00

Disabled reporting of Video Memory since Windows 7 and later no longer make
this information available to applications. Windows XP users should use 2.60

Dialog no longer re-paints when memory usage does not change beyond a
threshold and Units are set to MB or GB.

Run Minimized now works as expected.
